Baz Luhrmann is returning to Elvis Presley’s live legacy with a new feature-length theatrical concert experience built from newly restored performance footage and rare, intimate audio. If you love concert films, music history, or just want to feel what it was like when the lights went down and Elvis took the stage, this is one to put on your calendar.
This is not a standard archival documentary. It is designed as a big-screen event, combining newly unearthed and restored live material with behind-the-scenes elements that bring you closer to the man behind the legend. Think front-row energy, big sound, and the kind of visual detail that only shows up when footage is cleaned up and presented the way it was meant to be seen. The film also incorporates rare personal audio that adds context and intimacy to the onstage moments.
The rollout happens in two steps: a one-week IMAX engagement begins February 20, 2026, followed by a wider theatrical release on February 27, 2026.
